During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the city center of Kraków and very close to the old town area, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything I needed, although the dining options were somewhat limited. The service was good overall, but there was no member of staff available for assistance at all times. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering basic amenities for a pleasant stay.
